About Entrozyme Tablet 10's

Entrozyme Tablet 10's is a digestive aid primarily used to treat the digestive disorder and proper digestion of starch or carbohydrate in the die into a simpler form of sugar/carbohydrate. It is also an appetite stimulant (increases hunger) that effectively treats acid indigestion (heartburn), flatulence (gas), epigastric distress (upper abdominal pain), and eructation (burping). Entrozyme Tablet 10's can also be used to relieve other digestive disorders like pancreatic insufficiency (inability to produce pancreatic enzymes) and abdominal discomfort. Indigestion is the inability to digest the complex form of food associated with the sour stomach, gas formation with mild pain/discomfort in the stomach.

Entrozyme Tablet 10's contains two digestive enzymes, namely: Diastase and Pepsin. Diastase is a starch hydrolysing enzyme that breaks down complex carbohydrate (polysaccharides, i.e. starch) into simple carbohydrates (monosaccharides, i.e. simple sugar). It promotes digestion in cases of chronic illness, stomach fullness, flatulence, and indigestion. On the other hand, Pepsin is a protein-digesting enzyme that helps break down larger protein molecules into smaller units of protein (amino acids).
