About Flexinova Capsule

Flexinova Capsule is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who cannot get sufficient calcium from their diets. Flexinova Capsule effectively treats various conditions caused by low calcium levels in the body, such as osteoporosis (weak and brittle bones), hypoparathyroidism (low levels of parathyroid hormone), and latent tetany (a muscle disease with low blood calcium levels). 

Flexinova Capsule contains Elemental Calcium that works by increasing calcium levels in the blood. It provides essential nutrients necessary for bone formation and maintenance.

Take Flexinova Capsule as advised by the doctor. In some cases, you may experience nausea, increased thirst, increased urination, stomach pain, and loss of appetite. You are recommended to maintain a time gap of minimum 3 hours between Flexinova Capsule and fluoride preparations or tetracycline antibiotics.

  • Include dairy products like milk, yoghurt, cheese, or milk-based custard in your diet.

  • Eat daily a serving of broccoli, cabbage, bok choy (Chinese white cabbage), spinach, and other green leafy vegetables.

  • Snack on calcium-rich nuts like Brazil nuts or almonds.

  • Sprinkle sesame seeds over your food, vegetables, and salads. Sesame seeds are high in calcium.

  • Avoid or reduce the intake of caffeine, soft drinks, and alcohol as they may inhibit calcium absorption.

  • Replace the meat with tofu or tempeh for extra calcium in your food.
