G-Forlin 0.5mg Tablet 15's may increase the risk of low blood sugar levels, especially with alcohol intake, exercise more than usual, delay or miss snacks or meals. However, if you experience any signs of low blood pressure, such as dizziness, nausea, light-headedness, dehydration or fainting, please consult a doctor.
In type 1 diabetes, the body does not produce insulin as the islet cells (insulin-producing cells) in the pancreas are destroyed completely. In type 2 diabetes, though islet cells are working, the body doesn't respond to insulin as the body becomes resistant to it.

Include a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and whole grains like brown rice, whole wheat, oats, barley, and quinoa. Non-fat or low-fat dairy and proteins like chicken, lean meats, nuts, beans, tofu, lentils, eggs, fish, and turkey can also be included.
Cut back on foods high in sodium, alcohol, fried foods, and high-carb food and drinks like sugary drinks, drinks with added sugar, white rice and starchy vegetables.
