Glipy-DM Tablet is used in the treatment of Type II Diabetes Mellitus. The detailed uses of Glipy-DM Tablet are as follows:

• Type 2 Diabetes Management: Glipy-DM Tablet is used to control high blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes. It combines three antidiabetic agents that work together to improve insulin sensitivity, reduce glucose production, and increase glucose excretion through urine.
• Cardiovascular and Renal Protection: Glipy-DM Tablet helps reduce the risk of heart failure and kidney complications associated with diabetes by lowering blood pressure, improving vascular function, and reducing albuminuria.
• Weight and Metabolic Control: Glipy-DM Tablet supports weight loss and improves metabolic parameters by reducing excess glucose in the body and enhancing insulin response, making it beneficial for overweight or obese diabetic patients.
• HbA1c Reduction and Glycemic Stability: Glipy-DM Tablet effectively lowers HbA1c levels and helps maintain stable blood glucose throughout the day, reducing the risk of hypoglycemia and long-term complications.

• Glipy-DM Tablet  is a combination of three drugs, namely: Dapagliflozin, Vildagliptin, and Metformin.

• Vildagliptin enhances glucose-mediated insulin secretion, thereby reducing fasting and post-prandial blood sugar concentrations.
• Dapagliflozin helps remove excess sugar from the body via urine.

• Take Glipy-DM Tablet with or without food, or as advised by a doctor.
• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safety.
• Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, break, or chew it.

• Try doing 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity or one hour and 15 minutes of high-intensity exercise weekly.
