Do not use Gonarelix 0.25mg Injection if you are allergic to any of its components, if you are hypersensitive to gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) or a GnRH analogue, if you have a moderate or severe kidney or liver disease, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. During or following hormonal stimulation of the ovaries, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome may develop. There may be a slightly increased risk of an ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy outside of the uterus) in women with damaged fallopian tubes. Inform the doctor if you weigh below 50 kg or above 90 kg. Let the doctor know if you are taking any other medicines, including vitamin/mineral supplements or herbal products.
