• Diphtheria Toxoid: HEXAXIM INJECTION 0.5ML protects against diphtheria by inducing immunity through antibody production against the diphtheria toxin.
• Haemophilus Influenzae Type B Conjugate: HEXAXIM INJECTION 0.5ML prevents severe infections caused by Haemophilus influenzae type B, including meningitis and pneumonia, by inducing immunity against Hib.
• Hepatitis B Vaccine (rDNA): HEXAXIM INJECTION 0.5ML protects against hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, which can cause liver disease, cirrhosis, and liver cancer, by inducing immunity and preventing viral replication.
• Pertussis Toxoid: HEXAXIM INJECTION 0.5ML guards against pertussis (whooping cough) by inducing immunity against the pertussis toxin.

• Administering an additional (booster) dose of HEXAXIM INJECTION 0.5ML should be carefully considered for children who experienced unexplained high fever, fainting or shock-like states, persistent crying within 2 days, or seizures within 3 days of receiving this vaccine.
• HEXAXIM INJECTION 0.5ML is not recommended for adolescents, adults, and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
• HEXAXIM INJECTION 0.5ML should be delayed if your child has a moderate or high temperature or an acute illness.
