• Inext Respules is a combination of two bronchodilators: Levosalbutamol and Ipratropium bromide, used to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
• It relaxes the airway muscles and widens the air passages in the lungs. This action improves airflow to the lungs and makes breathing easier.

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Check the label for directions and use as advised by the doctor. Twist off the top of the respule and squeeze the solution into the nebuliser. This solution is formulated into a fine mist for inhalation. Inhale the medicine through the nebuliser's mouthpiece.
• The respule should be opened only before actual use, and any solution remaining after use should be discarded.
• To prevent any fungal infections in your mouth and throat, gargle with warm water after each inhalation.

• Eat foods rich in potassium, such as tomatoes, bananas, asparagus, oranges, potatoes, avocados, dark leafy greens, and beetroots, as potassium is important for lung function and a potassium deficiency may cause breathing problems.
• Drink plenty of fluids every day to thin mucus, which makes it easier to cough out.
• Maintain a diet that includes complex carbohydrates such as lentils, beans, barley, oats, quinoa, bran, peas, and potatoes with skin.
• Limit or avoid the intake of caffeinated drinks such as tea, coffee, soda, and energy drinks.
• Eat protein-rich foods such as meat, fish (particularly salmon, sardines, and mackerel), eggs, and poultry.
• Exercise regularly to strengthen your breathing muscles and boost your immune system.
• Learning breathing exercises will help you move more air in and out of your lungs.
• Quit smoking as it may irritate the lungs, worsening breathing problems.

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult a doctor before starting Inext Respules .
• Inext Respules may cause low potassium levels. If you experience irregular heartbeats, leg cramps, extreme thirst, constipation, increased urination, muscle weakness, numbness or tingling, please consult a doctor immediately, as these might be signs of low potassium.
• If you have high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy (fits), enlarged prostate, glaucoma, thyroid or heart problems, bladder obstruction or other urinary problems, inform your doctor before taking Inext Respules .
• Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medicines, including supplements and herbal products.
