GABA is an amino acid that works as a neurotransmitter (a chemical messenger that transmits the message from one nerve cell to another nerve cell, muscle cell, or gland cell) in the central nervous system. This chemical substance slows down the brain's activity to produce a calming effect, thus helping you sleep.

Take JUST SLEEP 2MG TABLET as prescribed by your doctor. Your doctor will decide the dose and duration based on your medical condition and response to treatment.
