• Prevention of Organ Transplant Rejection: Keygraf 2 Capsule is used to stop the body from rejecting a transplanted kidney, liver, heart, or lung. It works by lowering the activity of certain immune cells that could attack the new organ. It is usually given along with other anti-rejection medicines.
• Other Off-Label Uses: In some cases, Keygraf 2 Capsule may be used for graft-versus-host disease (after bone marrow or stem cell transplant), autoimmune liver diseases (autoimmune hepatitis, lupus nephritis), autoimmune eye conditions (uveitis, scleritis), and other immune-related disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, or myasthenia gravis, particularly when standard treatments are not effective.
