Kilmect 1% Lotion 60 ml is used in the treatment of inflammatory lesions of rosacea. The detailed uses of Kilmect 1% Lotion 60 ml are as follows:

• Treatment of Rosacea: Kilmect 1% Lotion 60 ml is used to treat pimples and spots associated with rosacea.
• Reduction of Skin Inflammation: Kilmect 1% Lotion 60 ml helps to reduce inflammation within the surface of the skin associated with rosacea.
• Management of Parasitic Skin Infections: Kilmect 1% Lotion 60 ml may be recommended by dermatologists off-label for treating scabies and cutaneous larva migrans in certain cases where oral treatment is not suitable or as adjunct treatment.

Kilmect 1% Lotion 60 ml contains Ivermectin, which acts as an anti-inflammatory drug; Ivermectin also has antiparasitic properties. It is beneficial in the treatment of rosacea.

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Cream: Apply a pea-size amount of cream to the affected areas of the face (forehead, nose, chin, each cheek) avoiding the eyes and lips. Spread as a thin layer.
• Lotion: Apply sufficient amount of lotion thoroughly to below the neck and on the affected body as advised by the doctor. Shake well before use.
• Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes and lips.
