• Gastro-oesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): Lafukem D 10 mg/30 mg Capsule helps to alleviate symptoms of acid reflux and heartburn by reducing stomach acid production and enhancing gut motility, thereby reducing discomfort associated with GERD.
• Peptic Ulcers: Lafukem D 10 mg/30 mg Capsule promotes healing of stomach and duodenal ulcers, reduces symptoms like abdominal pain and bloating, and prevents complications associated with peptic ulcers.

Lafukem D 10 mg/30 mg Capsule belongs to a group of gastrointestinal agents used to treat gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and peptic ulcers. Lafukem D 10 mg/30 mg Capsule is a combination of two drugs: Lafutidine (H2 receptor antagonist) and Domperidone (a dopamine antagonist). Lafutidine works by blocking histamine H2 receptors located on the stomach lining, thereby reduces gastric acid secretion. Domperidone works by increasing the movements and contractions of stomach muscles.

• Take Lafukem D 10 mg/30 mg Capsule 15 to 30 minutes before eating or as advised by your doctor.
