About Liofen 500mcg Injection

Liofen 500mcg Injection is used to reduce and relieve the muscle spasms (excessive tension in the muscles) occurring in various illnesses. It is used in the management of severe spasticities such as spasticity of spinal cord origin and spasticity of cerebral origin.

Liofen 500mcg Injection contains Baclofen, which works by inhibiting the reflexes at the spinal level and helps in relieving pain and improving muscle movements. It helps in maintaining muscle strength and relieves muscle spasms or stiffness.

In some cases, Liofen 500mcg Injection may cause certain side effects such as constipation, dizziness, nausea, headache, weakness, and dry mouth.
