Macpod-CV 50 DT Tablet is used to treat various bacterial infections, including throat infections, ear infections, sinus infections, community-acquired pneumonia, gonorrhoea (sexually transmitted disease), anorectal infections in women, skin infections, and urinary tract infections.

Macpod-CV 50 DT Tablet is a combination of two antibiotics, Cefpodoxime and Clavulanic acid. It works by preventing the formation of bacterial cell covering, which is necessary for their survival.
