• Fever reduction: MEFANORM PLUS SUSPENSION helps lower high body temperature quickly, bringing comfort to a child suffering from a fever due to infections or post-vaccination reactions.
• Mild to moderate pain: It provides effective relief from common childhood pains, including headaches, earaches, toothaches, teething pain, and sore throats.
• Pain associated with inflammation: It helps relieve pain and inflammation when prescribed by a doctor for appropriate childhood conditions. MEFANORM PLUS SUSPENSION should not be used for sprains, strains, or joint pain without medical advice.

• MEFANORM PLUS SUSPENSION can be given to your child with food to prevent stomach upset.
• Typically, it is given 2-3 times a day. However, follow the doctor's instructions regarding the required dosage and timing of this medication for optimal effectiveness.
• Shake the bottle well before each use.
• Give your child the prescribed dose by mouth using the measuring cup/dosing syringe/dropper provided with the pack.
• Avoid using regular household spoons, as they may not measure the dose correctly.

• Keep your child well hydrated: Encourage your child to drink plenty of water, oral rehydration solution (if recommended), clear soups, or other age-appropriate fluids to help prevent dehydration during a fever.

• Measure the dose accurately: Always use the supplied oral syringe, dropper, or measuring cup to measure each dose. Never use a household spoon, as it may result in incorrect dosing.
• Give with food or milk: Administer MEFANORM PLUS SUSPENSION with food or milk to help reduce the risk of stomach irritation.
• Keep a dosing record: If more than one caregiver is looking after your child, record the time of each dose to help prevent accidental double dosing.
• Avoid duplicate paracetamol-containing medicines: Check the labels of cough, cold, and fever medicines carefully before giving them, as many products already contain paracetamol. Giving them together may increase the risk of an accidental overdose.
• Consult your doctor if: Your child's fever lasts for more than 3 days, pain persists for more than 5 days, or if your child develops repeated vomiting, worsening pain, poor fluid intake, or signs of dehydration. These symptoms may require further medical evaluation.
• Seek immediate medical attention if: Your child develops difficulty breathing, a severe allergic reaction, black stools, vomiting blood, yellowing of the skin or eyes, seizures, becomes unusually sleepy, or is difficult to wake.
