Mega-Act Tablet

Mega-Act Tablet is used to relieve musculoskeletal pain in the conditions of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. Pain is caused by damage to the tissues of the muscle, bone, or other organs for a short time (acute) or a long time (chronic).

Mega-Act Tablet is a combination of Rutoside, Trypsin and Bromelain. Rutoside prevents cell damage and reduces inflammation and swelling. Trypsin removes dead skin cells and allows the growth of healthy tissue. Bromelain limits fibrin formation by reducing clots or plaque at the damaged/injured site.

In some cases, you may experience vomiting, nausea, diarrhoea, rash, or mouth sores. Most of these side effects of Mega-Act Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Take Mega-Act Tablet with or without food, as prescribed by your doctor, and swallow it whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew or break it. Your doctor will advise you how often you should take your tablets based on your medical condition.

If you are allergic to Mega-Act Tablet or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. Avoid Mega-Act Tablet in patients who are allergic to pineapple, carrot, papaya, fennel, and pollens. Mega-Act Tablet is not recommended for pregnant women as it contains Bromelain, which may cause abortion or miscarriage. If you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy, please consult a doctor before taking Mega-Act Tablet.

• Inflammation Reduction: Mega-Act Tablet assists in minimising inflammation, making it useful for conditions that involve swelling and discomfort.
• Post-Surgical Recovery: The enzyme content in Mega-Act Tablet supports quicker recovery after surgical procedures by reducing swelling and promoting healing.
• Pain Relief: Mega-Act Tablet helps relieve pain associated with conditions such as arthritis, sprains, strains, and minor surgical procedures like tooth extraction.
• Wound Healing: Mega-Act Tablet aids in faster wound healing by breaking down proteins that contribute to swelling and pain, facilitating tissue repair.
• Management of Oedema: Mega-Act Tablet is effective in reducing fluid retention and swelling, enhancing comfort and improving mobility in affected areas.

• Take Mega-Act Tablet with or without food, or as advised by a doctor.
• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safety.
• Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, break, or chew it.

• Mega-Act Tablet is a combination of one antioxidant (Rutoside) and two enzymes (Trypsin, Bromelain).
• Rutoside is an antioxidant (substances that prevent damage to cells) that works by protecting the body from damage caused by free radicals (unstable molecules produced by the body) and further decreases swelling.
• Trypsin removes dead skin cells and allows the growth of healthy tissue.
• In combination with Bromelain, Trypsin reduces swelling and inflammation by producing substances in the body against pain and swelling in the conditions of joint disorders like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.

• If you are allergic to Mega-Act Tablet or any other medicines, please tell your doctor.
• People allergic to pineapple, carrot, papain, fennel, and pollen should avoid the intake of Mega-Act Tablet.
• It is not recommended for pregnant women as it contains Bromelain, which may cause miscarriage, so if you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy, let your doctor know about this.
• If you are about to undergo any surgery, inform your doctor that you are taking Mega-Act Tablet.
• It should be stopped a minimum of 2 weeks before surgery, as Mega-Act Tablet may increase the risk of bleeding during and after surgery.
• If you have blood pressure problems, clotting or bleeding problems, infection, hematuria (blood in urine), hematemesis (vomiting blood), kidney or liver disorders, inform your doctor before taking Mega-Act Tablet.
