Miraron S 25mg/5mg Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat overactive bladder (OAB) with symptoms of urinary incontinence (urine leakage), urgent or frequent urination, increased night-time urination, and dysuria (painful or difficult urination).

Miraron S 25mg/5mg Tablet contains Solifenacin and Mirabegron. Solifenacin reduces the undesirable contractions of the bladder, thereby increasing the amount of urine that the bladder can hold. Mirabegron relaxes the muscles of the bladder; this prevents symptoms of an overactive bladder.

Miraron S 25mg/5mg Tablet may cause side effects such as dry mouth, constipation, headache, high blood pressure, and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and resolve over time. However, talk to your doctor if any side effects persist or worsen.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Miraron S 25mg/5mg Tablet is not recommended for children. Inform your doctor about your health condition and medications to rule out any side effects/interactions.

• Treating overactive bladder (OAB): Miraron S 25mg/5mg Tablet helps manage symptoms like urinary urgency, frequency, and urge incontinence by relaxing bladder muscles and reducing involuntary contractions.
• Enhancing bladder control and urine-holding capacity: Miraron S 25mg/5mg Tablet combines Mirabegron, which relaxes bladder muscles to increase storage volume, and Solifenacin, which prevents spasms by blocking muscarinic receptors, together improving continence and reducing urgency.
• Reducing nighttime urination and leakage: Miraron S 25mg/5mg Tablet is effective in lowering episodes of nocturia and accidental urine leakage, improving sleep and quality of life.

• Miraron S 25mg/5mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, as advised by your doctor.
• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Swallow Miraron S 25mg/5mg Tablet as a whole with a glass of water.
