Momenaz Nasal Spray 120 MDI is used in the treatment of Keratosis/multiple actinic or solar keratosis, some simple skin cancers, keratoacanthoma, Bowen’s disease, and superficial basal cell carcinoma. The detailed uses of Momenaz Nasal Spray 120 MDI are as follows:

• Treat actinic keratosis (solar keratosis): Momenaz Nasal Spray 120 MDI targets abnormal skin cells caused by prolonged sun exposure, promoting their destruction and renewal. It helps prevent progression to squamous cell carcinoma by clearing precancerous lesions.
• Manage superficial basal cell carcinoma: Momenaz Nasal Spray 120 MDI interferes with DNA synthesis in cancerous cells within the outer skin layer, making it effective for low-risk basal cell cancers when surgical options aren’t feasible.
• Treat Bowen’s disease (squamous cell carcinoma in situ): Momenaz Nasal Spray 120 MDI is applied topically to eliminate early-stage cancerous cells confined to the epidermis, offering a non-invasive treatment alternative.

• Momenaz Nasal Spray 120 MDI contains Mometasone, a steroid used to treat seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis symptoms.
• It gets absorbed into the cells of the nasal lining and works by inhibiting these cells from releasing chemicals that trigger inflammatory and allergic reactions.
• It helps to relieve symptoms such as sneezing, runny or blocked nose and sinus discomfort.
