Natrilix SR Tablet is used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). Additionally, it is used to reduce the risk of heart failure and oedema (a build-up of fluid in the body). Natrilix SR Tablet is used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). Additionally, Natrilix SR Tablet is used to reduce the risk of heart failure and oedema (a buildup of fluid in the body). Hypertension is a medical condition in which the blood exerts high pressure against the walls of blood vessels. This condition can put a person on severe health complications, including stroke, heart failure, heart attack, and aneurysm.

Natrilix SR Tablet contains Indapamide, which works by inhibiting the reabsorption of sodium in the body, resulting in an increase in chloride, sodium, and water excretion through urine.

Sometimes, you may experience dehydration, dizziness, headache, fatigue, nausea, itching, and abdominal pain. Most of these side effects of Natrilix SR Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

What if I have taken an overdose of Natrilix SR Tablet

Do not take more than the prescribed dose of Natrilix SR Tablet as it may cause an overdose. The symptoms of overdose include weakness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, extreme thirst, sleepiness or muscle cramps. If you suspect you have taken an overdose or notice signs of overdose, please consult a doctor immediately.
