Nebzmart BL Smartules is a combination of two drugs: Levosalbutamol (bronchodilator) and Budesonide (corticosteroid). Some people may experience fungal infection in the mouth, headache, sore throat, hoarse voice, back pain, fast heartbeat, muscle cramps, or shaking.
