Nicoduce 48mg Injection is used in the treatment of angina pectoris (heart-related chest pain). The detailed use of Nicoduce 48mg Injection is as follows:

• Treatment of Angina Pectoris: Nicoduce 48mg Injection manages angina effectively by reducing chest pain frequency and severity, enhancing exercise capacity, and improving quality of life through potassium channel-mediated vasodilation.

• Nicoduce 48mg Injection contains Nicorandil, a potassium-channel activator used to prevent or treat angina pectoris (chest pain).
• Nicoduce 48mg Injection helps reduce the heart's workload by making it easier for the heart to pump blood around the body and does not require much oxygen.
• Also, Nicoduce 48mg Injection helps to prevent angina by increasing oxygen and blood supply to the heart muscle by widening coronary arteries within the heart.
• Nicoduce 48mg Injection is given to adults who cannot tolerate other heart medicines such as calcium antagonists or beta-blockers. 

• Nicoduce 48mg Injection is given only in clinical settings by healthcare professionals, usually through slow intravenous injection.
