Orgonist Tablet 10's is indicated for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer in adult male patients. Advanced prostate cancer is a type of cancer that has spread beyond the prostate gland to other parts of the body. It is also known as metastatic prostate cancer.
Orgonist Tablet 10's contains Relugolix, which works by blocking the production of testosterone, a hormone that is required by the prostate cancer cells to grow. Thereby, it helps slow or stop the growth and spread of advanced prostate cancer.
In some cases, Orgonist Tablet 10's may cause side effects such as hot flashes, muscle pain, joint pain, diarrhoea, constipation, fatigue, sleeplessness and enlargement of the breasts. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, consult the doctor if any of these side effects persist or worsen.
Do not take Orgonist Tablet 10's if you are allergic to any of its components. Orgonist Tablet 10's may cause tiredness and sleepiness; therefore, do not drive or operate machinery unless you are alert. This medicine is not recommended for use in children and females. Keep the doctor informed about your health conditions and medications to prevent any interactions.

Do not take Orgonist Tablet 10's if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Inform your doctor if you or anyone in your family has or has ever had QT syndrome (changes in the heart's electrical activity). Also, tell your doctor if you have or have ever had an electrolyte imbalance, heart failure, diabetes, high triglycerides, anaemia, or kidney/liver problems. Orgonist Tablet 10's is not recommended for use in women and children below 18 years; it is intended only for use in adult men. Inform your doctor about all the prescription and non-prescription medications, vitamins, nutritional supplements, and herbal products you are taking to rule out potential interactions.
Drug-Drug Interactions: Inform the doctor if you are taking calcium channel blocker (diltiazem), antiretroviral (nirmatrelvir+ritonavir), antacid (famotidine), antihistamine (fexofenadine), or laxative (polyethylene glycol).
