Orni 500 Tablet is used to treat infections caused by protozoans and bacteria. It is used to treat amoebiasis, chlamydiosis, giardia infection, trichomonas infection, vaginal, urinary tract, intestinal and post-operative infections. It contains Ornidazole, which works by damaging the DNA of the infection-causing agent and inhibiting its growth. Thereby, it treats infections. In some cases, it may cause common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, and taste disturbances. About Orni 500 Tablet

Orni 500 Tablet belongs to a class of antibacterial medications called 'nitroimidazoles', primarily used to treat infections caused by protozoan bacteria. It is used to treat amoebiasis, chlamydiosis, giardia infection, trichomonas infection, vaginal, urinary tract, intestinal and post-operative infections. Orni 500 Tablet does not work against infections caused by the virus, including cold and flu.

Orni 500 Tablet contains 'Ornidazole' that works by damaging the DNA of the infection-causing agent and inhibiting its growth. Thereby, it treats infections.

In some cases, Orni 500 Tablet may cause common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, and taste disturbances. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Do not take Orni 500 Tablet on your own, as self-medication may lead to antibiotic resistance, in which antibiotics fail to act against specific bacterial infections.
