Ornida Tablet 10's

Ornida Tablet may be prescribed to treat the following infections:

• Amoebiasis: Ornida Tablet helps clear amoebic infections in the intestines and liver, stopping severe diarrhoea and abdominal cramps.
• Giardiasis: This medicine eliminates parasites in the gut responsible for watery diarrhoea, bloating, and stomach discomfort.
• Trichomoniasis: It treats this common sexually transmitted infection in both men and women, clearing vaginal or urethral discharge and irritation.
• Anaerobic bacterial infections: Ornida Tablet targets and destroys harmful anaerobic bacteria causing infections in the gums, bones, pelvis, or abdomen.

• Stay well-hydrated: If you are treating a gut infection that causes diarrhoea, drink plenty of fluids such as clear broths, oral rehydration solutions, and clean water to prevent dehydration.
• Eat bland, easy-to-digest foods: Stick to simple foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, and plain toast to give your digestive system a break while healing.
• Avoid dairy products temporarily: Some people find that milk, cheese, and yoghurt can worsen diarrhoea or stomach cramping during an active gut infection.
• Maintain excellent hygiene: Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water after using the bathroom and before eating to prevent spreading parasites or bacteria to others.
• Avoid alcohol completely: Do not consume any alcohol during your treatment and for at least 72 hours after your final dose to prevent a severe chemical reaction.
   

• Avoid driving and operating machinery: Ornida Tablet can make you feel dizzy, sleepy, or less alert. Do not drive or use heavy machinery until you know how this medicine affects you.

• Complete the full course: Even if your symptoms clear up completely in a couple of days, finish the entire bottle or prescription. Stopping early can lead to a stronger, treatment-resistant infection.
• Inform other healthcare providers: Let your dentist, surgeon, or any other doctor know that you are currently taking Ornida Tablet , especially if you are scheduled for any blood tests or medical procedures.
• Watch for nerve symptoms: If you feel any unusual numbness, tingling, or burning sensations in your limbs, contact your doctor immediately, as this may require a change in treatment.
