  1. Pour 4 to 6 drops of the oil into the palm of your hand (adjust based on hair length).
  2. Rub your hands together lightly to slightly warm the oil, enhancing its absorption rate.
  3. Massage gently into the scalp using your fingertips in circular motions, working your way from the roots down to the hair tips.
  4. Leave the oil on for at least 30 to 45 minutes to allow deep penetration.
  5. Rinse out thoroughly using a mild, sulfate-free shampoo.
