Symptoms include ear pain, fever, irritability, drainage of fluid from the ear, and hearing loss. 

Otilan Plus Ear Drops 5 ml contains Clotrimazole (antifungal), Neomycin (antibiotic) and Beclometasone (corticosteroid). Clotrimazole stops the growth of fungi by causing damage to the fungal cell membrane. Neomycin prevents the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Beclometasone blocks prostaglandin (chemical messenger) production, which makes the affected area red, swollen and itchy. It prevents inflammation and allergy.
