About PAH 20 Tablet

PAH 20 Tablet is primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) in adult men. Additionally, PAH 20 Tablet may also be used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) in adults to improve the ability to exercise and to slow down clinical worsening.

PAH 20 Tablet contains sildenafil that works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, thereby allowing the blood to flow into the penis when the person is sexually excited. PAH 20 Tablet also relaxes the blood vessels, increases blood supply to the lungs, and reduces the heart's workload. Thereby, treating pulmonary hypertension.

Not everyone who is taking PAH 20 Tablet will get these side effects. In some cases, PAH 20 Tablet may cause side effects such as headache, nausea, dizziness, indigestion and stomach upset. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
