About Poliexar 2 mg Capsule
Poliexar 2 mg Capsule is used to relieve signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis of the hip and knee. Osteoarthritis is a joint disease in which the two ends of the joints come together due to the breakdown of a protective covering called cartilage.
Poliexar 2 mg Capsule contains Polmacoxib, which works by inhibiting the cyclo-oxygenase-2 (COX-2) enzyme in the body. This enzyme is involved in producing certain chemical substances called prostaglandins that cause pain and swelling. Thus, it helps relieve pain and swelling.
