About Raceclo Capsule

Raceclo Capsule is a prescription medication designed to relieve severe pain, swelling, and inflammation in the joints and muscles. It is commonly used to treat long-term painful joint conditions such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. The medication works by targeting the source of physical pain while simultaneously defending your digestive tract from irritation.

To achieve the best results, it is important to take this medicine consistently at the same times each day as directed by your doctor. You should swallow the tablet whole, preferably before a meal to allow its stomach-protecting properties to activate early. Incorporating gentle, low-impact exercise and maintaining a balanced weight can also significantly enhance your mobility and overall results.

While taking this medication, you may experience mild and temporary side effects such as a mild headache, nausea, or light diarrhoea. However, if you notice serious symptoms like severe abdominal pain, vomiting blood, or unusually dark stools, you must stop taking the medicine and consult your doctor immediately.

Before starting Raceclo Capsule , you must talk to your doctor if you have a history of kidney disease, liver damage, high blood pressure, or heart issues. Do not take this if you currently have active stomach ulcers, severe heart failure, or if you have previously experienced allergic reactions to other pain relievers.

This medication can interact with other drugs, such as blood thinners or alternative pain relievers, which can increase your risk of internal bleeding. It is also important to avoid alcohol and smoking while on this treatment, as they can severely irritate your stomach lining. If you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, breastfeeding, elderly, or considering this medicine for a child, consult your doctor before starting Raceclo Capsule to ensure it is appropriate for your situation. This medicine is generally not recommended for children unless specifically prescribed by a healthcare professional.

Here are the precise steps to cope with diarrhoea caused by medication usage:
  • Inform Your Doctor: Notify your doctor immediately about your diarrhoea symptoms. This allows them to adjust your medication or provide guidance on managing side effects.
  • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids to replace lost water and electrolytes. Choose water, clear broth, and electrolyte-rich drinks. Avoid carbonated or caffeinated beverages to effectively rehydrate your body.
  • Follow a Bland Diet: Eat easy-to-digest foods to help firm up your stool and settle your stomach. Try incorporating bananas, rice, applesauce, toast, plain crackers, and boiled vegetables into your diet.

  • Practice Good Hygiene: Maintain good hygiene to prevent the spread of infection. To stay healthy, wash your hands frequently, clean and disinfect surfaces regularly, and avoid exchanging personal belongings with others.
  • Take Anti-Diarrheal Medications: If your doctor advises, anti-diarrheal medications such as loperamide might help manage diarrhoea symptoms. Always follow your doctor's directions.
  • Keep track of your diarrhoea symptoms. If they don't get better or worse or are accompanied by severe stomach pain, blood, or dehydration signs (like extreme thirst or dark urine), seek medical help.

Directions for Use

To get the maximum benefit from Raceclo Capsule , follow these step-by-step instructions carefully:

  • Swallow the tablet or capsule whole with a full glass of water.
  • Do not crush, chew, break, or open the medication, as this can destroy the protective coating meant to shield your stomach.
  • Take this medication exactly as directed by your doctor. Depending on the formulation prescribed, your doctor may recommend taking this medicine before meals to allow the rabeprazole component to work effectively.

Always follow your doctor's exact instructions regarding duration and timing, and never stop taking the medication early without consulting them first.

How Raceclo Capsule Works

Raceclo Capsule contains two active therapeutic components that work together to provide safe and effective relief. The first component, aceclofenac, belongs to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It is a pain-relieving agent that works by blocking enzymes called cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes, which reduces the production of prostaglandins, the chemical messengers responsible for pain, warmth, and swelling at the site of injury or joint wear. The second component, rabeprazole, belongs to a group of medicines called proton pump inhibitors (PPIs). It is an acid-reducing agent that specifically targets the acid-producing cells in your stomach lining. By temporarily blocking these acid pumps, it lowers the overall level of stomach acid. This action helps protect your stomach lining from the potential irritation caused by the pain-relieving component, reducing the risk of stomach ulcers and acid reflux. Together, these actions help manage pain and inflammation while supporting stomach protection during treatment.

Raceclo Capsule contains Aceclofenac and Rabeprazole. Aceclofenac is a pain killer called NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) which works by blocking the effect of chemical messengers (prostaglandin), thereby helping in reducing pain, and inflammation. Rabeprazole works by blocking the action of an enzyme called a proton pump, which is responsible for the production of stomach acid. Thus, the combination used for pain relief, decrease stiffness in joints and reduces the release of excess stomach acid caused by aceclofenac.

Raceclo Capsule is not recommended for asthma patients as it may worsen the condition. Therefore, please inform your doctor if you have asthma or a history of asthma due to the use of aspirin or any other non-steroidal drugs.
