Ramiril H 5mg/12.5mg Capsule is used in the treatment of Hypertension (high blood pressure). The detailed uses of Ramiril H 5mg/12.5mg Capsule are as follows:

• Hypertension (High Blood Pressure): Ramiril H 5mg/12.5mg Capsule controls blood pressure when single-drug therapy isn’t enough.
• Prevention of Cardiovascular Events: Ramiril H 5mg/12.5mg Capsule lowers risk of heart attack, stroke, and heart failure.

• Ramiril H 5mg/12.5mg Capsule contains Ramipril and Hydrochlorothiazide, which lower and maintain healthy blood pressure levels.
• By controlling hypertension, it helps prevent serious cardiovascular events such as heart attack, stroke, and heart failure.
• Ramipril, an ACE inhibitor, blocks the production of angiotensin II, which relaxes and widens blood vessels to improve blood flow.
• Hydrochlorothiazide acts as a diuretic, increasing urine output to remove extra salt and water from the body, thereby reducing fluid retention (oedema).
• By lowering both blood pressure and fluid buildup, Ramiril H 5mg/12.5mg Capsule helps the heart pump blood more efficiently.

• Take Ramiril H 5mg/12.5mg Capsule with or without food as advised by your doctor.
• It is advised to take Ramiril H 5mg/12.5mg Capsule once daily in the morning; however, follow your doctor’s recommendation regarding the dosage and duration.
• Swallow Ramiril H 5mg/12.5mg Capsule as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or break it.

• Avoid potassium supplements with Ramiril H 5mg/12.5mg Capsule as they may lead to high potassium levels in the blood
