Ramiven 150 mg Tablet belongs to the group of anti-cancer drugs called kinase inhibitors used alone or in combination with other anti-cancer drugs to treat certain types of breast cancer. Breast cancer is a type of cancer that develops in the breast when the breast cells begin to grow abnormally.

Ramiven 150 mg Tablet contains Abemaciclib which works by blocking cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6 proteins, which are necessary for the growth and division of the cells. Thereby, slows down the growth of cancer cells and delays the progression of cancer.

Take Ramiven 150 mg Tablet in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Ramiven 150 mg Tablet may cause certain common side effects such as nausea, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, and fatigue. • Treat HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer: Ramiven 150 mg Tablet is primarily used to manage advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive and HER2-negative, either as monotherapy or in combination with endocrine therapies like fulvestrant or aromatase inhibitors.
• Reduce recurrence risk in early breast cancer: Ramiven 150 mg Tablet is used for patients with early-stage HR-positive, HER2-negative, node-positive breast cancer who are at high risk of recurrence, typically alongside tamoxifen or aromatase inhibitors.
• Slow cancer cell growth by inhibiting CDK4/6: Ramiven 150 mg Tablet works by blocking cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6, proteins that drive cancer cell division, helping to prevent tumor progression.

• Take Ramiven 150 mg Tablet with or without food as advised by the doctor.
• Usually, it is to be taken twice daily, or as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow Ramiven 150 mg Tablet as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or break it.
