Remylin DX Tablet 10's belongs to a class of medications called nutritional supplements used to treat nutritional deficiencies. A nutritional deficiency occurs when the body does not absorb or get enough nutrients from food. Vitamins and minerals are necessary for body development and the prevention of diseases.

Remylin DX Tablet 10's is a combination of multivitamins and amino acids. Methylcobalamin helps in treating certain anaemias and nerve problems. Vitamin D3 regulates necessary metabolic functions in the body for proper growth and development. Folic acid works by increasing red blood cells (RBC) and haemoglobin (a protein) production in the body. L Carnitine is an amino acid that works by allowing the body to utilise fats to produce energy. L arginine and N acetyl cysteine provide essential nutrients to the body. 

Take Remylin DX Tablet 10's as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Remylin DX Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, fever or tiredness. Most of these side effects of Remylin DX Tablet 10's do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Remylin DX Tablet 10's may interact with blood thinners (warfarin, dicumarol), antacids (cimetidine, lansoprazole, omeprazole), antibiotics (chloramphenicol), anti-gout medicine (colchicine), nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (aspirin), antidiabetics (metformin).

Drug-Disease Interaction: If you have a history of seizures (fits), blood clots or cancer, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, pernicious anemia (anemia due to lack of vitamin B12), low levels of potassium in the blood, folic acid deficiency or undergoing dialysis, inform your doctor before taking Remylin DX Tablet 10's.

• Eat a healthy diet, especially green leafy vegetables, and do regular physical exercise.
• Limit junk food items from outside and stick to freshly prepared home-cooked meals.
• Eat cabbage, spinach, broccoli, asparagus, kale, Brussels sprouts, lentils, peas, and beans. Also include beef, yeast extracts, poultry, liver, shellfish and pork. 
• Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated.
• Avoid consumption of alcohol.
