Renosight Tablet is used in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (diabetic kidney disease). Diabetic nephropathy is kidney damage resulting from diabetes. It is a major cause of kidney failure.
Renosight Tablet contains Taurine and Acetylcysteine, which belong to the antioxidant class. This medication functions by shielding the kidneys from damage caused by dangerous substances (free radicals), hence assisting in the reduction of free radical generation that damages tissue.
