About Restasis Ophthalmic Emulsion

Restasis Ophthalmic Emulsion is used in the treatment of severe keratitis (inflammation of the cornea) in adults. Also, it is used to treat dry eyes in patients whose condition has not improved with artificial tears.

Restasis Ophthalmic Emulsion contains Cyclosporine, which works by increasing tear production and decreasing inflammation (swelling) in the eye. 

In some cases, Restasis Ophthalmic Emulsion may cause side effects like irritation, pain, watery eyes, itching, and blurred vision. Consult your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
