Your doctor may prescribe Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab to help manage the following conditions:

• Asthma: Helps manage asthma by reducing airway inflammation, keeping the airways open, and improving breathing.
• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) (Off-label): Your doctor may prescribe Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab to help manage COPD, including chronic bronchitis, in some people. It may help improve airflow and relieve symptoms such as breathlessness, wheezing, and cough.
• Allergic bronchitis: Helps relieve cough, wheezing, and breathing discomfort associated with allergic inflammation of the airways.
• Allergic rhinitis (hay fever): Helps relieve allergy symptoms such as sneezing, a runny or blocked nose, itchy nose, and watery eyes.

When used as directed as part of your treatment plan, Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab may provide the following benefits:

• Makes breathing easier: Helps improve airflow, making it easier to breathe during daily activities.
• Helps control respiratory symptoms: Helps reduce cough, wheezing, chest tightness, and breathlessness associated with asthma, COPD, and allergic bronchitis.
• Relieves allergy symptoms: Helps reduce sneezing, a runny or blocked nose, itchy nose, and watery eyes caused by allergic rhinitis.
• Helps clear mucus: Helps make thick mucus easier to cough up, reducing chest congestion.
• Supports long-term symptom control: Helps maintain better control of respiratory and allergy symptoms when taken regularly as prescribed.

• Take Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab with food to avoid stomach upset or as advised by the doctor.
• Follow your doctor’s instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safety.
• Swallow Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not chew, crush, or break it.

• Identify and avoid triggers: Keep a diary of your symptoms to identify environmental triggers like pollen, dust mites, pet dander, or smoke, and take active steps to avoid them.
• Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Adequate hydration helps thin out the mucus in your lungs, making it easier to clear.
• Improve indoor air quality: Use air purifiers with HEPA filters and maintain a clean, dust-free living space to reduce respiratory irritation.
• Avoid tobacco smoke: Stop smoking and avoid exposure to secondhand smoke, as it causes severe airway irritation and reduces the effectiveness of your treatment.
• Practice deep breathing: Ask your doctor about safe breathing exercises that can help strengthen your lung capacity over time.

• Not for sudden asthma attacks: Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab is a maintenance medicine and should not be used to relieve a sudden asthma attack. Use your quick-relief inhaler as prescribed by your doctor.
• Watch for mood or behaviour changes: Some people taking montelukast have experienced changes in mood or behaviour, including anxiety, agitation, depression, unusual dreams, or suicidal thoughts. If you or your family notice any unusual changes, contact your doctor promptly. If you have thoughts of harming yourself or others, seek emergency medical help immediately.
• Take it regularly: Take Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab exactly as prescribed, even if you feel well. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor, as your symptoms may return or worsen.
• Take care when driving: Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab may cause dizziness or drowsiness in some people. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medicine affects you.
• Tell your doctor about all your medicines: Inform your doctor or pharmacist about all prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, herbal products, and dietary supplements you take to help avoid possible interactions.
