About Roselina Tablet
Roselina Tablet belongs to a class of medicines called 'haematinics' primarily used to prevent and treat anaemia (lack of blood) due to iron deficiency. Also, it is used to treat iron-deficiency anaemia during pregnancy and lactation. Anaemia is a condition in which the body does not have enough red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen to various body tissues.
Roselina Tablet contains Elemental Iron, Folic acid, Cyanocobalamin, Cholecalciferol and Pyridoxine. Elemental iron and folic acid work by increasing red blood cells (RBC) and haemoglobin (a protein) production in the body. Cholecalciferol helps iron metabolism and the production of red blood cells. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) and Cyanocobalamin are essential for the production and maturation of red blood cells.
