Rosytab-Gold-10/75 Capsule 15's is primarily used to prevent heart attack and stroke, especially in patients after bypass heart surgery. This blockage of arteries is often an accumulation of fat, cholesterol and other substances, which form a plaque in the arteries that feed the heart (coronary arteries).

Rosytab-Gold-10/75 Capsule 15's is composed of three medicines: Aspirin, clopidogrel, and rosuvastatin. Aspirin and clopidogrel together act as a blood-thinning agent (or anti-platelet agent) to prevent heart attack and stroke. They help to prevent blood clots by preventing the clubbing of platelets together. Rosuvastatin belongs to the class of drugs known as a cholesterol-lowering agent, which works by blocking liver enzymes and causing the liver to produce less cholesterol. Rosuvastatin lowers the bad cholesterol (low-density lipoprotein or LDL) levels and increases good cholesterol levels (high-density lipoprotein or HDL) in the bloodstream.
