Rozanex Gold 20/150 mg Tablet is used to treat heart attack, myocardial infarction (blockage of the blood to muscles of the heart), angina (chest pain), and stroke. It lowers the level of lipids and blocks the ability of the body to produce bad cholesterol and improves the ability of the body to make good cholesterol. Symptoms of a heart attack include chest pain, tightness in the chest, and pain in the neck, arm, or back.

Rozanex Gold 20/150 mg Tablet is a fixed-dose combination of Rosuvastatin, Clopidogrel, and Aspirin. Rosuvastatin blocks the ability of the body to produce bad cholesterol and improves the ability of the body to make good cholesterol. Clopidogrel and aspirin both work by decreasing the production of clots which is harmful to the body.

Not everyone who is taking Rozanex Gold 20/150 mg Tablet will get these side effects.
