Seram DP 50mg/10mg Tablet is used in the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with various conditions, such as bone or soft tissue injuries, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, dental pain, migraine and tension headaches, and menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea).
Seram DP 50mg/10mg Tablet contains Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase. Diclofenac blocks the action of a chemical messenger (cyclo-oxygenase) that causes pain and swelling at the injured or damaged tissue. Serratiopeptidase helps degrade insoluble protein (fibrin) in blood clots and thin fluids in the affected area, thereby reducing swelling.
Take Seram DP 50mg/10mg Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow it whole with a glass of water; do not crush, chew, or break it. Seram DP 50mg/10mg Tablet may cause common side effects such as stomach ache, diarrhoea, nausea (feeling sick), and indigestion. Please consult your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
Do not take Seram DP 50mg/10mg Tablet if you are allergic to any of its ingredients or to other painkillers such as aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, or diclofenac.
