About SINAREST FXP TABLET

SINAREST FXP TABLET is a medicine used to relieve multiple symptoms associated with the common cold, flu-like illnesses, and upper respiratory allergies. It contains fexofenadine, paracetamol, and phenylephrine, which work in different ways to reduce allergy symptoms, relieve pain and fever, and ease nasal congestion. Fexofenadine is a second-generation antihistamine that is less likely to cause drowsiness than older antihistamines, although some people may still feel sleepy or dizzy.

Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor or according to the product instructions. It can usually be taken with or without food. Do not take more than the recommended dose or combine it with other medicines containing paracetamol, phenylephrine, or similar cold and allergy ingredients unless advised by your doctor. Drink plenty of fluids and get adequate rest while recovering.

Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine, as it may increase the risk of liver problems and worsen dizziness in some people. Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all other medicines you take, particularly other cold, flu, allergy, or pain medicines, to avoid taking the same or similar ingredients more than once. If you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, breastfeeding, an older adult, or considering this medicine for a child, consult your doctor before use. Do not give SINAREST FXP TABLET to a child unless advised by a doctor, as suitability depends on the child's age and the specific product and strength.
