About Sodium Choride 0.9% Infusion

Sodium Choride 0.9% Infusion is indicated for the replacement of extracellular fluid, parenteral replenishment of fluid and sodium chloride as required by the patient’s clinical condition, and treatment of metabolic acidosis in the presence of fluid loss. 

Sodium Choride 0.9% Infusion contains Sodium chloride, which helps maintain the balance of fluid in and around the body’s cells and tissues. It aids in restoring the normal salt balance. 

In some cases, Sodium Choride 0.9% Infusion may cause injection site reactions, including irritation, swelling, tenderness, and redness. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
