Solet 40 mg Tablet is used to treat arrhythmia or any other heart condition associated with an irregular heartbeat, such as fibrillation (irregular heartbeat) and tachycardia (too fast heartbeat). Arrhythmia is a problem with the rate at which the heart beats.
Solet 40 mg Tablet contains Sotalol, which works by blocking abnormal electrical signals in the heart, helping control the heart's irregular and normal beats.
