About Spegra Tablet

Spegra Tablet is used for the treatment of HIV-1 infection (human immunodeficiency virus type 1) in adults and children above 12 years weighing at least 40 kg.

Spegra Tablet contains Dolutegravir, Emtricitabine, and Tenofovir alafenamide. These medicines work together to block the activity of HIV integrase and reverse transcriptase enzymes that the virus needs to multiply, thereby reducing the amount of virus in the body and helping to treat HIV infection.

Take Spegra Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow it whole with a glass of water, and do not crush or chew it. In some cases, Spegra Tablet may cause common side effects such as trouble sleeping, headache, nausea, and tiredness. Please talk to your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen.
