About Switus-CT Tablet 15's
Switus-CT Tablet 15's is used to treat bronchitis, cough, and allergy. An allergy is an immune system response to foreign elements that are typically not harmful to your body. Allergic condition varies from person to person. Some might be allergic to certain foods and seasonal allergies like hay fever. While others might be allergic to pollen or pet dander.
Switus-CT Tablet 15's is a combination of cetirizine and ambroxol. Cetirizine blocks the effects of a chemical messenger known as ‘histamine’, which is naturally involved in allergic reactions. Ambroxol thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making coughing easier.
Sometimes, you may experience tiredness, sleepiness, dry mouth, and other symptoms. Most of these side effects of Switus-CT Tablet 15's do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist, contact your doctor.
Inform your doctor before taking Switus-CT Tablet 15's if you are allergic to cetirizine or ambroxol, have severe liver or kidney problems, or have epilepsy. Check with your doctor if you are pregnant or currently breastfeeding, or taking any other prescribed or non-prescribed medicines.
