Sypod CV Dry Syrup is used to treat various bacterial infections such as throat infections, ear infections, infection of the sinuses, community-acquired pneumonia, gonorrhoea (sexually transmitted disease), anorectal infections in women, skin, and urinary tract infections.
Sypod CV Dry Syrup is a combination of two antibiotics, Cefpodoxime proxetil and Clavulanic acid. It works by preventing the formation of bacterial cell covering, which is necessary for their survival.

Sypod CV Dry Syrup may cause Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhoea (CDAD).
