Telbid NB Tablet 10's is primarily used to treat high blood pressure. Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is a chronic condition in which the force exerted by the blood against the artery walls is high. As a result, it leads to heart disease, irregular heartbeat, and other complications.

Telbid NB Tablet 10's is a combination of nebivolol & telmisartan. Nebivolol works by relaxing blood vessels and slowing the heart rate to improve blood circulation and decrease blood pressure. Telmisartan works by blocking the hormone angiotensin, thereby relaxing blood vessels.

You may experience side effects such as headache, nausea, dizziness, increased potassium levels, Swollen legs, ankles, or feet, and low blood pressure. Most of these side effects of Telbid NB Tablet 10's do not require medical attention. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

Inform your doctor if you are suffering from any kidney/liver/heart disease or are diabetic. Consult the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It should not be given to children less than 18 years of age. Do not use Telbid NB Tablet 10's if you have low blood pressure (hypotension) or cardiogenic shock (sudden stopping of blood flow to the heart).

• Blood pressure control: Telbid NB Tablet 10's lowers elevated systolic and diastolic blood pressure, reducing the strain on the heart and arteries.
• Stroke prevention: Telbid NB Tablet 10's helps lower the risk of strokes by maintaining blood pressure within a normal range.
• Heart attack risk reduction: Telbid NB Tablet 10's lowers the chance of heart attacks by improving heart function and blood flow.
• Cardiovascular support: Telbid NB Tablet 10's relaxes blood vessels and decreases the heart’s workload, improving heart health.

• Telbid NB Tablet 10's can be taken with or without food, as advised by your doctor.
• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication. However, it is best to take it at the same time each day for effective blood pressure control.
• Swallow Telbid NB Tablet 10's as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, break, or chew it.

• It is a combination of two medicines, nebivolol &  telmisartan, which help lower high blood pressure effectively.
• Nebivolol is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart to reduce heart rate and lower blood pressure.
• Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that helps relax our blood vessels by blocking the action of certain natural substances (angiotensin) in the body.

• This medication must be taken regularly to be effective.

• Do not take Telbid NB Tablet 10's if you are allergic to any of its components.
• Inform the doctor if you have diabetes, kidney disease or a kidney transplant, liver disease, heart trouble, raised aldosterone levels (water and salt retention in the body), an imbalance of various blood minerals, renal artery stenosis, low blood pressure, dehydration (excessive loss of body water) or have salt deficiency due to diuretic therapy.
• Also let your doctor know if you have low salt diet, diarrhoea, or vomiting, elevated potassium levels in your blood, Raynaud’s disease (poor blood circulation which makes the toes and fingers numb and pale), Prinzmetal angina (a type of chest pain), intermittent claudication (pain, tension, and weakness in the legs when walking which is relieved by rest) or chronic bronchitis.
• Quit smoking & drinking.
• Strictly follow the treatment course as recommended by your doctor.
• Reduce your stress & avoid taking caffeine-based products.
