Telefra-Rose Tablet 10's is used in the treatment of high blood pressure associated with high cholesterol levels. It contains Telmisartan and Rosuvastatin, which widen and relax blood vessels. This lowers high blood pressure. Also, it helps reduce bad cholesterol LDL (low-density lipoprotein) and increase good cholesterol HDL (High-density lipoprotein). In some cases, you may experience an allergic reaction, low blood pressure (Hypotension), itching of the skin, Stevens-Johnson syndrome (blistering of skin, mouth, eyes, and genitals), and decreased platelet cell count (thrombocytopenia).
