Telinam Beta-50 Tablet 10's belongs to the class antihypertensive agents used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It may also be used to lower the risk of heart attack and stroke in future. High blood pressure is a condition in which the force of the blood against the artery walls is too high leading to hypertension. Symptoms of high blood pressure include headache, dizziness, nose bleed, changes in vision, chest pain, weakness and dyspnoea (shortness of breath).

Telinam Beta-50 Tablet 10's is a combination of two high blood pressure-lowering medicines: Telmisartan and Metoprolol succinate. Telmisartan belongs to the class of drugs called Angiotensin II receptor antagonists that works by blocking the angiotensin II receptor, relaxing the blood vessels and lowering the blood pressure. Metoprolol succinate belongs to the class of drugs known as beta-blockers which reduces blood pressure by allowing the blood to flow more smoothly. Together, Telinam Beta-50 Tablet 10's helps in reducing the raised blood pressure. 

Take Telinam Beta-50 Tablet 10's as prescribed. You are advised to take Telinam Beta-50 Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects such as headache, nausea, dizziness, weakness, stomach pain, and slow heart rate. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

To treat your condition effectually, continue taking Telinam Beta-50 Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it. Try not to stop taking it on your own as it may cause a sudden increase the blood pressure, chest pain or heart attack. Consult your doctor before starting Telinam Beta-50 Tablet 10's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Telinam Beta-50 Tablet 10's may cause dizziness, so drive only if you are alert. • Treatment of Hypertension: Telinam Beta-50 Tablet 10's helps to manage high blood pressure by dilating blood vessels and slowing heart rate, which in turn lowers blood pressure.
• Cardiovascular Risk Reduction: Telinam Beta-50 Tablet 10's reduces the risk of cardiovascular complications such as heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage by controlling blood pressure and decreasing the workload on the heart.

• Take Telinam Beta-50 Tablet 10's with or without food as advised by your doctor.
• Usually it is taken once daily, or as prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow Telinam Beta-50 Tablet 10's as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or break it.
