Telmica MT Tablet 10's contains telmisartan and metoprolol. Telmisartan works by blocking the angiotensin II receptor. Angiotensin II constricts the blood vessels, so by blocking its effect, telmisartan allows the blood vessels to relax and widen. Metoprolol helps to reduce blood pressure by allowing the blood to flow more smoothly. Together, Telmica MT Tablet 10's helps in reducing the blood pressure to normal.
