Telsys-3D Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and reduce the risk of heart attack or stroke in adults. Hypertension is a condition in which the force of blood against the artery walls is very high.
Telsys-3D Tablet contains Chlorthalidone, Cilnidipine, and Telmisartan, which work by relaxing and widening the blood vessels and facilitating the removal of excess water.
In some cases, you may experience dizziness, headache, low blood pressure, stomach upset, or tiredness. Most of these side effects of Telsys-3D Tablet do not require medical attention and resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist, please consult your doctor.

Telsys-3D Tablet contains Chlorthalidone, Cilnidipine and Telmisartan. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic (water tablet) that increases the removal of excess water and certain salts such as sodium and potassium from the blood. This removal of water from blood reduces the fluid volume circulating through blood vessels and improves blood flow. Cilnidipine and Telmisartan relax and widen blood vessels. Thus, Telsys-3D Tablet lowers high blood pressure and reduces the risk of stroke, heart attack, or other heart problems.
You are not recommended to take ibuprofen with Telsys-3D Tablet as it may reduce the effect of Telsys-3D Tablet and increase the risk of impaired kidney function. However, if you experience loss of appetite, sudden weight loss or weight gain, weakness, muscle cramps, vomiting, nausea, decreased or increased urination, irregular heart rhythm, and fluid retention, please consult a doctor immediately. If you are supposed to use these medicines together, you are advised to contact your doctor so that the dose may be adjusted to be used safely.
Telsys-3D Tablet may increase potassium levels in the blood. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid the intake of potassium supplements and foods that are rich in potassium, such as bananas, sweet potatoes, nuts, and noni juice, as it may result in hyperkalaemia (high levels of potassium in the blood) and cause severe adverse effects such as irregular heartbeat, muscle paralysis, and kidney failure.
Telsys-3D Tablet may cause dizziness in some patients. Therefore, if you feel dizzy after taking Telsys-3D Tablet , avoid driving or operating heavy machinery.
You are not recommended to stop taking Telsys-3D Tablet without consulting your doctor, even if you find symptomatic relief, as it may worsen the condition. Therefore, take Telsys-3D Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it, and if you experience any difficulty while using Telsys-3D Tablet , please consult your doctor.
