Temotero 250 mg Capsule contains Temozolomide which works by inhibiting the production of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid-genetic material of the cell), thereby affecting cell growth and division. Thus, Temotero 250 mg Capsule prevents tumours from growing.

Take Temotero 250 mg Capsule as prescribed. In some cases, Temotero 250 mg Capsule may cause loss of appetite, anxiety, confusion, headache, vomiting, nausea, diarrhoea, constipation, muscle weakness, muscle aches, and fever. • Used in combination with radiotherapy or as maintenance therapy: Temotero 250 mg Capsule is often given alongside radiation treatment in newly diagnosed cases, followed by cycles of maintenance therapy to prevent recurrence.

• Temotero 250 mg Capsule can be taken with or without food, or as directed by your doctor. To minimize potential side effects like nausea and vomiting, it is recommended to take Temotero 250 mg Capsule consistently either on an empty stomach or with meals.
